NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
ARMED FORCES PENSIONER’S/ANNUITANT’S ASSOCIATION OF CANADA
With the passing of our long-time National Chairman Ed Halayko
earlier this year, we asked Megram Consulting Services
in Renfrew, Ontario to take over the management of the
Association. Megram are not only well experienced
in doing this kind of work (visit their website at
www.megram.com), but the President, Bob Cross is
ex-Signals.
One of Megram's senior
managers, Bonnie James, is our Executive Director and
you can email her

Over the course of the
next few months a new website will be launched - that
needs to wait until we are caught up in memberships and
the issuing of cards . . . thank you for being patient.
In
the meantime if
you would like to pay your membership fees ($15.00) by
Visa during this transition period, please call Bonnie at the office - there will be a $1.00
surcharge for this to cover processing costs - not much
more than a stamp!

The Armed Forces Pensioners'
/ Annuitants' Association of Canada
The purpose of this Web site is to broadcast
the growing concerns of the Armed Forces Pensioners' / Annuitants'
Association membership. Up to this time, this has been accomplished
mainly through our Newsletter, letters and briefs. These will
continue, of course. However, the Internet is faster at "getting
the word out" and can appeal to a larger audience.
Further, it is our hope that as retired military
members and annuitants visit our site, they will rally and join
this, the only organization in Canada, that represents
retired military personnel and annuitants.
The Armed Forces
Pensioners' / Annuitants' Association of Canada is a non-profit,
non-partisan organization.
Further, we are
affiliated with the National Council of Veteran Associations - see Links
page
Please
tell your friends about our site, the only one that represents the
retired members and the annuitants - we need their support as much
as yours!
Every Member is asked to bring in just one new Member each year.
Your help is needed.
