| Justice P.F. Lalonde Rules Reference our litigation ( No: 99-CV-11888) against the Crown (Attorney General of Canada), Justice PF Lalonde has ruled that Attorney General of Canada must pay the costs of the the initial submission, now. Government lawyers tried to prevent having to pay the costs until some future date, possibly never. We now are awaiting the trial on 18 Sep 2000 for the government's efforts to get leave to appeal the decision of Justice Lalonde. That decision was that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice had the authority to hear our appeal regarding the confiscation of the Canadian Superannuation Act surpluses. Justice is still on our side.
